every work day,the most look fwd part of the day is 12-2pm.simply put,lunchtime.cos,after eating,looking at the clock at the JTC lobby B,i can start counting down to bbbbaaaannn gggaannnggg...cant wait for that.time realli flies thru that 3 to 5 hrs after lunch.
then comes dinner,rush hr cos traffic jam,and even more rush if there's tuition later on.must chop chop decide wat to eat at that canteen,and chop chop eat finish,and chop chop go hm bathe and rush out.
the indian worker is realli quite pain esp my boss seems to get bitten and transformed into a spidey man these few days.quite scary.
find urself rotting at hm?force urself and go out for a run.then after,it will be easy to wear that running attire and go out to run naturally and automatically whenver u got time.at least the ill-disciplined fatty bom bom hh gets the momentum for it already.
