Yesterday had a great day bball + stingray + ah peks' style drinking in kopitiam with xiong and weiliat.weiliat coincidentally ran into his section mate of army.he told us a story abt this guy,aka 2 soap box.that very afternoon,i was chatting with another fren,listening to some similar stories too.

yar,i wonder y do some maybe that include myself too,behave so differently when we were in army and in civilian world?(i hope i am not though.)
y do we become so so so selfish in order to duck arrows that were shot at us?and y when there is no such case anymore,u behave like u are helpful and kind?
i am not referring to anyone in particular,cos some may find mi that anyway,who knows?
but i'm just glad that,my army buddies/brothers/frens are not.
when we slacked,we slacked together.when we chiong we chiong together.even though,we rarely meet up now,cos they need to work,but i am sure to say,when we meet again,we are always ready to say thru thick and thin proudly.we have 1 million and 1 different scenes and memories in army that we all share in common.australia,india,or even local.times in forest,or even in bunk.
eating superdog(fshld be this name for the sandwich i tink) in australia,or the prata thing in india,or even,canned food or mee anywhere.

so u guys,if u are wondering wat's ns life is,it's just a place whereby if u are willing to remove ur paper mask and face everyone like u do in civilian world and brave the ups and downs with them,then after,all will be great brothers together.or u wanna put on ur paper mask and try to push things around so that u can slack alone...with no sharing of joy and happiness with others.and ended up achieving nothing or experience nothing and get no gain from it anyway.
if u have a choice,which would u choose?
and perhaps,if u are in ns,and wondering y bother to waste time there,that's probably u haven found a life in it...
open up ur mind and u will probably see things differently.this applies when u are in civilian world too...
cos if u were willing to lend a helping hand,one day or another when u need help,u will find that many are already ready to lend u theirs.
